I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.PRICING
Price can be different depending on complexity of the design.
Payment is due in full upfrontREVISIONS
One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase. A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage.DEADLINE
Limit of 1 month after start, delays will be notified.USE
I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media, unless previously agreed upon (e.g., surprise gift art).
Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
Commercial use only with license provided by the artist with additional costs.
I prohibit the use of any of my work for the purpose of feeding generative A.I. My work was created by a human, and it will remain that way. Any client found to be using my work in conjunction with A.I. will be given a permanent blacklist from future dealings, along with a public posts encouraging other artists on the community to do the same.REFUND
Any refunds will take into account the amount of work completed.
No refunds if the piece is near completion.
